About Anne and Dan
Anne Wallace began her real estate career in the 1980's. She took a break to raise her children, but did not forget how much she enjoyed being a REALTOR®. During the intervening years, she and her family moved from San Francisco to Northern Michigan, and then settled in Vero Beach in 1999. Both her girls attended St. Edward's School in Vero before graduating from The Hotchkiss School and continuing on to Davidson College. Now that her children are grown, she loves the return to her real estate career. Although, she struggles between "selling" Vero Beach and keeping it a well-guarded secret!
Dan Downey is a fourth generation Vero Beach resident and native of our beautiful seaside town. As an active real estate associate for the past ten years in Indian River County, Dan has developed extensive knowledge of both local residential and commercial markets and his familiarity with the building industry is an added benefit for any buyer or seller. He resides in Central Beach with wife, Michele, a native of Fairfield County, CT, and two young boys, Hugh and Charlie.
As avid players of golf and tennis, Anne and Dan have the skinny on the facilities each club and community offers. They can't wait to help fellow enthusiasts fit into the home that suits them best.
If you're thinking of buying a home in Vero Beach, call Anne and Dan. They'll take the time to introduce you to the town while helping you find the perfect home. And if you're thinking of selling your Vero Beach home – remember that they may already have a buyer looking for exactly what you offer.
